The Ballyhoo Festival is a Fine Art and Culture Festival, located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Each year locals and tourists alike gather for live music, great art and a celebration of American heritage.

After careful consideration, the festival board of directors has made the difficult decision to pause the 2027 Ballyhoo Festival. While we won't be gathering this coming year, this is far from goodbye. We're using this time to reimagine and elevate the Ballyhoo experience as we prepare for an exciting return in 2028, planned for the new Gulf Shores Waterway Village Pedestrian Plaza. This incredible new venue will provide the opportunity to create an even more vibrant celebration of art, culture, music, and community. We appreciate the continued support of our artists, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and loyal festival goers, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back for a bigger, bolder Ballyhoo in 2028. Stay tuned—we have exciting plans ahead, and we look forward to sharing them with you as we build the next chapter of this beloved Gulf Coast tradition.
